Colleen has a wealth of experience in the property market. She set up Hayes to provide a consistently high level of service to owners of character properties. Colleen, along with her husband Craig, undertakes market appraisals and will offer frank advice on how to optimise the sale value of your property. Colleen is also responsible for the sales team.
Craig is predominantly responsible for shaping the growth and future of Hayes and ensuring that the business continues to be robust and scalable. Craig is working with a number of partners to grow Hayes’ market share and geographic reach. In addition Craig is developing a number of e-initiatives to better serve Hayes customers.
Janet’s role here at Hayes is to ensure the smooth running of our Lettings Department, where she works closely with other members of the Lettings Team, to provide the best possible service ranging from Market Appraisals through to liaising daily with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Phillip impresses us with his passion for customer service, his dedication and good old fashioned hard work. A native of Herefordshire, he has a love of the area and a genuine desire to find you the ‘right property’. Phillip is responsible for the smooth running of the Sales Team.
Kirsty has a wealth of local property experience matched with a propensity to develop strong relationships between applicants and vendors. Kirsty is motivated and determined to ensure she finds the right property for you.
Diana has a strong equestrian background with excellent local knowledge and understanding of land and property putting her in a great position to conduct valuations. Diana specialises in equestrian properties, land and facilities.
Sam is currently studying a PgD in Rural Estate and Land Management on a part-time basis at Harper Adams University in Shropshie. He comes from background in London property sales. With broad property knowledge and local connections his conscientious, straight talking and professional approach will help you find the right property.
Catherine works alongside Colleen Hayes as her Personal Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the Ledbury Office. Catherine’s previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Architecture degree and keen interest in horses, makes her a welcome addition to the Hayes team.
Susan’s unique role here at Hayes is to liaise with all parties once your sale has been agreed. Susan will keep you informed through-out the process to enable you to successfully manage your onward move.
Araminta arranges Market Appraisals, sends out contracts and organises professional photography, floor plans and brochure text. She also assists Colleen Hayes with the local newspaper advertising. She will be happy to assist you throughout the whole process from point of instruction to the commencement of the marketing of your property.
Chloe is an enthusiastic BA Honours graduate, who's reputable knowledge of art and design is relatable to character properties with historical references.With an endearing, tenacious nature, Chloe is eager to maintain the highest level of customer service, making her proactive approach to sales relevant to individual requirements
Helen has a wealth of estate and letting agency experience, she is tenacious, hard working, particularly good at 'thinking outside of the box', listening to an applicant's 'needs' as much as to an applicant's 'wants' and matching them successfully to a property they may never have considered.
Wyn comes to Hayes with 12 years experience in the property industry and with his outstanding people skills he has complimented an already successful Monmouth sales team. Wyn holds the Level 4 Professional Diploma in Lettings and Management and is a Member of ARLA as well as being an Examiner for the Guild of Letting and Management.
Abigail’s role at Hayes is to Let! Let! Let! Abigail is bright, energetic and exudes enthusiasm. She is a qualified member of the NAEA and works hard to promote and provide the best service to both Landlords and Tenants.
Rebecca works closely with landlords and tenants to provide administrative support and smooth running of the move in process. She has brilliant organisation skills and strives to achieve the best results. Rebecca is a university graduate with an Honours degree in Equine Business Management and is a qualified member of ARLA.
Hannah’s role is to prepare inventories and check outs for our managed rental properties. Hannah also produces some of the floor plans, brochure text and promaps for new sales instructions ready to hand over to our sales team. Hannah is a qualified member of ARLA.
Judith grew up in Malvern, but has spent the past seven years working for Estate Agents in South West London. She is an experienced Property Manager, with a background in lettings so has a broad knowledge of the industry. Judith is happy to be back working in and around her hometown.
Dan is our graphic designer who has worked closely with Colleen since 2004 to develop the Hayes brand. Dan works with the marketing team on all advertising, bespoke brochures and marketing. Dan has a keen eye for detail and is dedicated to delivering results through creative professional design.
