Craig Coldicott is predominantly responsible for undertaking market appraisals. Coming from an equestrian and farming background and a native of the three counties, Craig has an abundance of knowledge in this area. A general love of architecture and straight talking ensures that Craig will always give you an accurate and fair figure for your property.
Petra is responsible for sales progression, liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors once Hayes sales staff have agreed a sale. Petra's calm, knowledgeable approach to sales progression ensures that the majority of agreed sales move through to completion. Increasingly solicitors recommend Hayes because of Petra's involvement.
Araminta White joins us as Personal Assistant to Craig Coldicott; arranging Market Appraisals, sending out contracts, organising professional photography, floor plans and brochure text. She will be happy to assist you throughout the whole process from point of instruction to the commencement of the marketing of your property.
Janet Weston’s role here at Hayes is to ensure the smooth running of our Lettings Department, where she works closely with other members of the Lettings Team, to provide the best possible service ranging from Market Appraisals through to liaising daily with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Phillip Clayton impresses us with his passion for customer service, his dedication and good old fashioned hard work. A native of Herefordshire, he has a love of the area and a genuine desire to find you the 'right property'. Phillip is responsible for the smooth running of the Sales Team.
Rebecca Jenkins is an extremely pro-active sales negotiator. Her drive, ambition and work rate ensure that she sells properties day-in, day-out. Rebecca is a native of Herefordshire, with an Equestrian background.
Clementine Sandbach works within our fast growing Lettings Department, liaising directly with landlords, tenants and contractors. She works to ARLA’s best practice and offers a consistently unrivalled level of service.
Jayne Kingaby has in excess of ten years' experience of working within the lettings industry and is a qualified member of ARLA. Permanently of a happy disposition, Jayne rarely gets phased by anything and is always looking to provide an optimum service for both Landlords and Tenants.
Elena Beaumont's blend of disparate skills, including her customer care, passion for properties and ability to 'think outside of the box' has ensured her place at the heart of Hayes.
